Sell or rent your details, message you without permission, or store your card number.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay processes payments. Your card details go to them, never to us.
- Our courier partner gets your name, address and phone so the parcel arrives.
- Our SMS provider gets your number to send login codes.
- Analytics tools see anonymous browsing data if you allow them.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account. We do it within thirty days, keeping only invoice records the law requires.
One email to our support address is enough to exercise any of these.
