Free replacement
Any manufacturing fault gets replaced, whatever the timeline. Plating and stone setting are on us.

Money returns to the source account within five to seven working days of the pair reaching us.

We arrange pickup
Reverse pickup on serviceable pincodes. Elsewhere we send a prepaid label.

We open it, confirm it is unworn, and start the refund the same day.

Money back
Refund to the original method. Cash on delivery refunds go to a bank account you give us.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
- Points earned on a refunded order are reversed with it.
- Pierced jewellery worn beyond a try on cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
